Arya Restaurant Group's Eggs Up Grill in Raleigh, NC is hiring for ALL positions — whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences in a high-energy breakfast and brunch setting
- Prepare and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently (kitchen and front-of-house roles available)
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle transactions, take orders, and communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Support opening and/or closing duties as assigned by management
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere
Requirements:
- Open to all experience levels — entry-level, experienced, full-time, and part-time applicants welcome
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one (where applicable)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
