Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Manage shift schedules, labor controls, inventory, and restaurant P&L performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive culture.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Drive sales growth, operational standards, and guest loyalty.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment, with specific experience in breakfast or brunch operations required.

Availability: Must be able to work 5 days a week (minimum 50 hours/week) between 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM, including weekends.

Leadership: Strong team-building skills, conflict resolution abilities, and high accountability.

Work Ethic: Motivated self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Competitive Base Salary

Commission: 1% net sales commission (tax-free after 90 days)
